Description

Leaves to set beside your flowers, in two batches.

Batch 1: a compound leaf of five pointed, diamond-shaped green leaflets that radiate from a single point.

Batch 2: an abstract leaf in delicate mint green, rounded cups gathered into a wedge that meet at a single point when bloomed. This cane is wedge-shaped, so its size is given as thickness x wedge length (for example 4-5×8-9mm); the leaf comes out about twice the wedge length. Its shape takes a little more care to cut, so plan on a piece or two of waste per cane; the price reflects that.

Can be applied to solid or hollow work. Recommended minimum thickness of hollow work 4mm.
Made from borosilicate glass, 33 COE.

Each Weight/Size variation has three sets of numbers:
First number indicates weight of this particular cut in grams.
Second number marked D: indicates range of the cane diameter in millimeters.
Third number marked L: indicates length of this piece in millimeters.

The number of flowers you can make from each cane varies depending on the thickness and length, but most pieces sold make an average of 8-15 flowers. To get precise number of pieces you can get you can divide the length of the piece by the lower number of the diameter of the cane. Of course each piece can be further pulled down which will make more flowers of a smaller size. Usually the flower you get after applying it to your art object will be approximately twice as large as the cane diameter.
