Description
A bright orange-red amaryllis blooms inside a clear sphere, with green veined leaves rising behind the flower. It is made with the implosion (compression) technique: the flower and leaves are built up inside a gather of hot glass and then encased in crystal clear glass, so the flower seems to float in the middle of the marble. It looks different from every angle, from a full open bloom to a side view of the trumpet-shaped flower.
This amaryllis is the little sibling of my Amaryllis lily pendant, which has the same flower framed by a twisted cane.
Approximate diameter 26-29mm / 1-1.15″, as each marble is made by hand. Choose without a signature or with my “DVG” signature murrini. Photos show the unsigned marble. If the one you want is out of stock, you can still order it and I will make one for you.
Soft glass. Display stand included.
